Renovation Target #1: The Bathroom

Nik has decided his first demo target will be the bathroom. Here are the "before" photos - note the 60's era formica counter and built-in vanity:

Technically we could keep the bathroom as-is, but... nah. Nik is going to get in there this weekend to see what shape the pink-and-burgundy original tile is in, under the 1960s era cabinet. The hope is that we'll be able to replace the vanity with something much smaller (who needs two sinks?) and use the extra space for a washer/dryer.
